  17. 1 tbsp Salt . Or to taste
  18. 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  19. 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
  20. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  21. 1/2 cup Dahi
  22. For layering mixture
  23. 1 cup Fry onion
  24. 1 tbsp Zeera
  25. 1 cup Fresh coriander
  26. 1/2 cup Fresh Mint
  27. 4 Slit green chilli
  28. 1 tsp Orange colour
  29. 2-3 drops Kewra essence
  30. For rice
  31. 5 cup rice soaked (if sela 4 hour)(if basmati ½hour)

  33. Namak jitne cup rice hai osse 1 tsp zayada mene 6 tsp liya hai
  34. 1 tbsp Zeera
  35. 1/4 cup Fresh coriander
  36. 1/8 cup Fresh mint
  37. 1 bay leaf
  38. 2 cloves
  39. 2 slit green chilli
  40. 4 se 5 sabut kali mirch
  41. 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
  42. 2 green chilli

Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani

  1. Sub se phele pyaz ko fry kar lein. Or side par rakh dein g.
  2. Alag pot me chawal ko boil par rakhen g. Bara bartan lena hai ta k chawal khule khule paken. Phele pani boil raken 5 cup chawal k liye 6 tsp namak,or uper likhe sabut garam masale, mirchi, zeera or dhanya or podina dal dein pani me boil ajae phir chawal dal dein tez anch par pakae. Chawal me 1 kani reh jae tou pani drain kar k side par rakh dein.
  3. Pyaz wale hi oil me sb se phele zeera or sare garam masale dal dein.Phir os me adrak lehsan paste dalen or bhone
  4. Phir chicken dal kar fry karen or thora sa orange food color dal dein.chicken ka colour change ho jae phir aloo dal dein agar pani ki zaroorat hai tou thora pani dal kar halki anch par chicken or aloo ko pakne dein. Lid cover kar dein.
  5. Aloo half pak jaen phir os me tamater, green chilli paste,lal mirch, haldi or garam masala or namak dal dein ache se bhone (agar chicken cook ho gai hai tou alag nikal kar rakh dein warna biryani me pori chicken bikhar jae gi) phir ½ cup pani dal kar lid cover kar k pakne dein.
  6. Masala oil alag kar dein phir os me dahi dalen or low heat par 5 mint bhone.
  7. Ek mixture tayar karna hai dhanya podina zeera or fried pyaz ka quantity uper likhi hai.
  8. Ab layar k liye phele half qorma alag kar lein g.
  9. Bara or khula bartan lena hai phele qorma ki layar phir thore chawal dalne hai phir fried pyaaz wala mixture or phir remaining qorma phir remaining chawal dal dein phir fried onion mixture or slit green chilli
    Or orange food colour,kewra essense dal dein.
    Ab low heat par dam par rakh dein 15 mint me dam ajae ga.or biryani tayar.
  10. Garam garam Biryani serve karen green raite or salad k sath.
