- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- Firstly rinse and clean chicken pieces, add turmeric, salt, lemon juice, mix well and marinate it for at least 1-2 hours..
- Add all the masala ingredient s including tamarind &garlic in to a blender, add little water grind to a.smooth paste, and keep this aside...
- Place a deep sauce pan on medium flame add in ghee heat up, add marinated chicken pieces, saute it for 3-4 minutes and cook on medium flame, when it's half done, take it out from the pan,
- To the same pan add the ground masala paste saute it nicely until raw smell completely reduced, now to this masala add half done chicken pieces, combine well with the masala and saute, cook further until chicken is fully done and cooked, garnish with chopped green chilli, curry leaves & chopped coriander leaves...
