- Heat a pan on a medium flame and add oil
- When hot add cumin seeds and let it crackle - Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick & Saute for few seconds
- Add chopped onions and saute until translucent
- Once onion changes it's colour - add ginger garlic paste and give it a mix - Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and stir well
- Add minced chicken and mix well with onions and spices until well combined
- Add tomato puree, curd, green chilli, salt as per taste - keep stiring until mixed well
- Add coriander leaves and give it a mix again
- Add 1 glass water - cover it with a lid and let it cook for 30 minutes - Keema masala is now ready - add few coriander leaves give it a mix
- Turn off the flame and remove it in a serving dish
