  2. 1/2 cup chana daal boiled
  3. 3 dry red chillies
  4. 3 green chillies
  5. 2 boiled potatoes
  6. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 1 lemon
  10. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  11. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  12. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  13. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  14. 1 onion chopped
  15. Few Coriander leaves
  16. as needed Vegetable oil
  17. 1 tsp butter
  18. 1 tsp ginger paste
  19. 1 tsp garlic paste

Steps to make to make Chicken Shami Kabab

  1. Take a mixer jar to add boiled chana dal and chicken mince, red chili powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric powder, salt, green chili, and grind well and transfer into a bowl. Add and mash the potatoes, add lemon juice, amchur powder, garam masala, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, and the beaten eggs. Finally, add some butter and keep the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Take a nonstick frying pan to add 2 tbsp oil for shallow frying. Make round flat balls and put them slowly one by one. Turn after one side is cooked well.
  3. Now take a serving plate and garnish with your own choice of sauce and salad and enjoy
