- 500 gms chicken with bones, curry cut
- 2-3 tbsp. oil
- 3/4 cup panang paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 5-6 kaffir lime leaves
- 2-3 green chilies
- to taste salt
