  2. 350 gm chicken(boneless)
  3. 1 tbsp corn flour
  4. 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp black pepper
  7. 1 tsp all spice powder
  8. 1/2 ginger powder/ paste
  9. 1/2 tsp garlic powder/paste
  10. 2 green chilli (chopped)
  11. 1/2 egg
  12. Ingredients for gravy
  13. 1 cup yogurt
  14. 1 pinch orange color
  15. 2,3 stick curry leaves
  16. 3 green chilli (cut in to two piece)
  17. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  18. 1/2 tsp salt
  19. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  20. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  21. 1/2 cup oil
  22. Oil for frying (as required)

Steps to make to make Pasandeeda Chicken

  1. Add all ingredient of chicken marination..in a bowl mix it..
  2. Then add egg(1/2) and mix again nicely..and marinate it about 10 minute.
  3. In a mean time take yogurt in bowl and add orange color and mix nicely and set a side.
  4. After 10 minute heat the oil and fry marinated chicken and set aside.
  5. Now heat the oil(1/2 cup)in a pan then add curry leaves green chilli and saute for a second, then add colored yogurt
  6. Fried chicken mix well and add soya sauce,salt(1/2 tsp) chilli flakes..
  7. Mix nicely and cover for 5,7 minute then add coriander.
